Terms + Conditions
By placing an order with Pseudo Force, you agree to our refund, exchange, processing time, customer support, shipping and risk of loss, and quality control policies as stated on our website and in this Terms and Conditions.
Small business
Pseudo Force® is a small business. We are doing our best to meet holidays and deadlines for customers, but we cannot guarantee an order will be processed or delivered by a certain time.
Remember - kindness goes a long way. Any rude emails will be ignored and no refund (in-store credit) will be given.
Customer Support
Support emails are managed only by the owner. Please allow 48 hours Mon-Fri for a reply. In the event I am sick, I will have an auto-reply set up for delays in responses and processing orders.
Handmade
Most items purchased from Pseudo Force® are not identical. These are hand screen printed and processed items. This means design size, intensity of ink, and bleaching may vary from one to another.
Processing Time
The duration of time it takes to prepare, pack, and drop off orders at the post office.
- Current processing time is 7-10 business days. This may increase around holiday season (Sept - Jan) to 7-14 business days or if I am sick.
- Once an order is dropped off at the post office, I cannot help any further in the delivery process.
Returns + Exchanges
Returns can be accepted within 15 days of fulfillment. See more in our FAQ
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from Pseudo Force® are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Canceling Orders
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Upon receiving your order, you can send the items back for in-store credit. You are responsible for shipping. Shipping will not be refunded.
Chargebacks + Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution after receiving your order (or while it is still in production or transit) is considered a breach of these terms.
If a chargeback is filed:

We reserve the right to suspend future orders and refuse service until the dispute is resolved.

All evidence of fulfillment (order details, tracking, and communication) will be provided to the payment processor to contest the chargeback.

Customers who file false or fraudulent disputes may be permanently banned from purchasing from Pseudo Force and may be subject to recovery of funds through collection or legal action.
