Expect a possible 14 business day delay on orders during the Holiday season (Oct-Dec). Once orders are dropped off, Pseudo Force has zero control over the delivery. Please contact your local Post Office or UPS for help if lost, not delivered packages.

SHIPPING FAQ

Orders are shipped within 5-7 business days after purchasing.

Please contact support@pseudoforce.com asap! Include your order number and correct address.

EXCHANGE + RETURNS

PLEASE NOTE:

→ Customers are responsible for shipping costs on returns.

→ All returns are issued in-store credit only.

→ All sale items are final, including Black Friday and seasonal sales.

→ All event/booth sales are final.

Eligibility for a return:

  • We have a 15-days Return Policy since the day item was received.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, unwashed, and with tags.

To being the return process:

  1. Contact support at support@pseudoforce.com for a notice of the return.
  2. Provide us with the order number, tracking info, and reason for a return.
  3. Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and get back to you within 5 business days of receiving it.

NOTE: we do use a PO box and at times your return may be delayed in the mail. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for us to receive the item.

We recommend getting proof of receipt + insurance when shipping back your return.

Our items sell out fast (thank you for making this our reality 🥹 ). For that reason, we don't have extras on hand.

We do offer an in-store credit that can be used to purchase the correct size or item you need.

How to return:

  1. Send an email to support@pseudoforce.com notifying us of your return.
  2. Ship the item back to us (USPS only, we use a PO box). At this time, we are not able to provide return labels. Thank you for understanding!
  3. Once we receive your return, we will issue you in-store credit.

Please contact support@pseudoforce.com. Include your order number. Any photos would be greatly appreciated!

All products are printed in-house (quite literally). Although we operate like a "boutique" -esque shop with possible one-off items, we are thorough in our Quality Control process.

You may see the following embellishments on your items:

  • Distressed print
  • Small ink splatters
  • Different bleach patterns
  • Varying garment color intensities (applies to our splatter tees).

We understand you may not be happy with it and we are happy to accept a return.

APPAREL + GARMENT CARE

Our t shirts are printed on 100% vintage style garments.

  • Wash in cold water with like colors
  • HANG TO DRY
  • Do not bleach
  • Do not iron

Failure to follow instructions may lead to damage to your shirts. Pseudo Force does not accept returns after washing.

Sweatshirts (hoodies + crewnecks) + sweatpants are printed on premium 80% cotton 20% polyester apparel.

We only choose the best colors, styles from vendors, but failure to care for your apparel can result in damage.

  • Wash in cold water with like colors
  • HANG TO DRY (tumble dry low if you dare).
  • Do not bleach.
  • Do not iron.

PLEASE NOTE: Pseudo Force does not accept returns on washed items.
