Refund Policy

As I am a handmade, make to order shop, supplies are ordered almost immediately, therefore cancellations are not permitted after 24 hours of your submitted payment has been received. Thank you for understanding!

Wrong item received

To be eligible for a refund, you received the wrong item (normal wear and tear or purchasing the wrong size can not be replaced). Please fill out the form under Contact Us and we'll get your correct purchase out to you at no extra charge! 

Damaged items during shipping

All posters and apparel go through Quality Control prior to processing and shipping orders. If there is damage to your order, it is from the shipping service - you can file a claim through Route protection. If you did not purchase Route insurance, I cannot help you. Thank you for understanding.

Delay in shipping

Please also understand as I am a one woman shop, turn around (processing time) can vary from 1 day - 4 weeks before shipping orders. This turn around can change dependent on demand of the item and possible shipping delays.

Once I drop off orders with the shipping service, I am not responsible for the delivery (status, updates, how it arrives to you). If you have a problem with the status of your order, please contact your post office. 

International shipping should expect an additional 6 weeks for an order to be delivered. I am not responsible for orders lost in shipping.
