How do I process a return?

  • Email support@pseudoforce.com with your order number and reason for return.

 

What items are eligible for a return?

You can return your items within 14 days of your order being fulfilled.

  • Items must be in their original condition & hang tag must still be attached
  • Clothing must unwashed & unworn: free of makeup, perfume, pet hair or any wear & tear  

Sale items are not returnable - no exceptions. 

 

What do I do if my order is missing?

If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered, but it has not in fact been delivered, you must first contact USPS for more information.

If your order says fulfilled and you have not received your order, you will be asked to wait an additional 14 business days. USPS has been experiencing issues with orders and update in a couple weeks. 

 

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from Pseudo Force® are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Are there any charges for a return?

    • Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
    • If your return is deemed unfit for a refund or store credit or is not returned to us within 14 days of approval, you will be responsible for any & all shipping costs associated with your return & a refund will not be issued.


     How do I do an exchange?

    Exchanges are not accepted at this time. After completing a return, you will be issued in-store credit.

     

     

    ADDITIONAL NOTICES

    Store credit is given in exchange for returns.  

    Pseudo Force uses a PO box which is checked weekly. Anticipate 5 business days post "delivered" status before I contact your store credit is given through email.
