Returns

Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.

  • Timing: we have a 15-days Return Policy since the day item was received.
  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, goods must be unused, undamaged, unwashed, and with tags.
  • Shipping: Contact support@pseudoforce.com with a notice of the return + address. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when shipping goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.

     

    ADDITIONAL NOTICES

    Store credit is given in exchange for returns.  

    Pseudo Force uses a PO box which is checked weekly. Anticipate 5 business days post "delivered" status before I contact your store credit is given through email.
