Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns, but if you have any problem with your items, please contact us on the website chat to open up a conversation on how we may address your concern.

APPAREL EXCHANGES

  • Timing: we have a 14-day Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
  • To be eligible for an exchange, goods must be unused, undamaged 
  • For exchanges, please click "Contact Us" icon on the website with the subject ‘Exchange’ and include your order number, name and the reason for the exchange.
  • Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when shipping goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
  • NOTE: customers are responsible for shipping costs of exchange items.
  • Once item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the exchange.

To exchange apparel or posters,

1. Click the "Contact Us" icon in the lower right hand corner of the screen.

2. Enter your contact information + provide your order number.

3. If you contact us within 14 days of recieving your order, a return label will be provided for you.

4. Once your order has been recieved + examined, a refund will be given.

Anticipate an additional 7-10 business days for domestic ship over the holiday season starting October 1, 2022.

Reminder:

I don't have control over orders once I drop them off at the post office. I can't call them and ask where your order is.

Route shipping insurance is offered with every order starting at $.98 . If you have a problem with your order, you can contact them + ask for them to purchase your order again.

If you didn't purchase Route insurance + the post office said your order is lost, I can't help you at this time. Thank you for understanding.

All clothing is professionally heat set to industry standards for apparel integrity.

If your apparel has been fading, follow proper clothing care instructions.

- Wash inside out in cold water

- Was with like colors

- Hang to dry or tumble dry low
