HOW QUICKLY WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Orders can be shipped as early as next day, but please allow 5 business days before it is dropped off at the post office.
HOW DO EXCHANGES WORK?
WE DO NOT OFFER EXCHANGES. YOU CAN SEND BACK YOUR ORDER + WE WILL PROVIDE IN-STORE CREDIT ONLY.

HOW DO RETURNS WORK?
- Send us an email requesting your return.
- Once your your return has been approved, you will have an additional 7 days to get the item back to us.
Return shipping will be at the expense of the customer.
You will be refunded for the item value only once the return has made it back to us in its original condition and you will not be refunded any shipping costs spent on the order originally. If the item is not returned in its original condition, you will not not receive a refund for your return.
HOW DOES LOCAL PICK UP WORK?
Pseudo offers local pick up at Mojo's Gym (code MOJO) or 22ND ST Barbell (code 22BB) in Des Moines, Iowa.
We will email you as soon as your order has been dropped off.
