The Pseudo Force Sub Box is a monthly subscription featuring exclusive items that are only available to members.
All subscriptions require a minimum 2-month commitment. By joining the Sub Box, you agree to receive at least two consecutive boxes before cancelling.
Each month, members will receive an email approximately one week before the next box theme is released. This email is your opportunity to review the upcoming box.
If you need to update your size, cancel your subscription, or make changes, please email support@pseudoforce.com before the next billing cycle.
Once a subscription renews for the month, that box is considered locked in for production and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
You may cancel your subscription after your two-box commitment has been fulfilled. Cancellations made before the two-month commitment is completed will still receive the remaining box(es) required to meet the minimum commitment.
If you cancel or pause your subscription and later decide to join again, the 2-month minimum commitment begins again starting with the new signup month.
Sub Box items are produced specifically for active members each month. Because of this, subscriptions that have already renewed for the current month cannot be refunded or cancelled for that box.
Members are responsible for keeping a valid payment method on file for their subscription at all times.
If a payment fails due to an expired card, insufficient funds, or billing issues through Shop Pay, the system may automatically retry the charge. The subscription will remain active until the payment is successfully processed or the subscription is cancelled.
Intentionally removing or changing a payment method in order to avoid a scheduled renewal while still within the 2-month minimum commitment is considered a violation of the subscription terms.
Accounts that do this may be ineligible to join the Pseudo Force Sub Box again in the future.
