WHAT BROUGHT YOU TO THE GYM?

I originally came from a track and field background — emphasis on the field. I grew up watching my dad, who was both a thrower and a powerlifter, and he always carried this quiet kind of strength that really stuck with me. For the longest time, I wondered… what if? What if I could be strong like him? What if I pushed myself in that same way? Eventually, I stopped wondering and started chasing it. That ‘what if’ turned into a real drive to see what I was capable of — and the gym became the place where I found out.

WHAT ARE YOU CURRENTLY WORKING ON?

Right now, I’m focused on living my best life and getting as strong as I possibly can — mentally and physically. I'm in a season of pushing limits, enjoying the process, and showing up for myself every damn day.
