BLACK JULY

Countdown has ended

The gym gave Natalie her edge back. In the thick of motherhood with three young kids, she poured her heart and goals into her workouts and found the pride she was missing.

What was happening in your life when you started lifting (or taking yourself seriously)?

When I truly got serious about lifting I was in the depths of motherhood. I have 3 young children and going from an almost 10 year long fast paced career to being a SAHM was a big switch after I had my first child. Being a mom is so rewarding and I love that I am blessed to be able to be home with them, but I was missing something. And the gym gave me back that something! The drive, the hard work, the goals...I put it all into my lifts and workouts and in return I get that sense of pride and accomplishment that I was missing. The gym gives me back what I put into it and I fucking love that! I thrive on it!

How has Pseudo Force shown up in your life during a hard or challenging season?

Pseudo Force clothing is so empowering. I feel good when I wear it. I feel like a muscle mommy. I feel like a baddie.

On the days I’m not feeling my best with how I look or where I’m at physically, I put the clothes on and it makes me feel good about myself! I love the community and how’s it’s not just a brand but feels like a family.

Allie shares her struggles and it makes you feel like you can share yours too and get that support you may need.

When you feel like giving up, what do you say to yourself?

You are a bad bitch and you can do anything you put your mind to!

What are you currently working on?

I am currently working towards my goal of benching 200lbs. I’m 15lbs away and I know I’m gonna hit that achievement this year!
